会議の終盤では、決定事項を繰り返すだけでなく、Action(何をするか)・Owner(誰が担当するか)・Deadline(いつまでか)・Check point(いつ確認するか)の4点をそろえます。

|---|---|---|
| Action | 具体的に何をするか | What exactly needs to be done? |
| Owner | 誰が責任を持つか | Who will take the lead on this? |
| Deadline | いつまでに完了するか | When can we expect this? |
| Check point | いつ・どのように進捗を確認するか | When should we check in again? |
- Let’s confirm what we’ve decided today.
- We’ve agreed to proceed with option B.
- The final decision is to postpone the launch by two weeks.
- We’ve decided to run a small pilot first.
- Just to confirm, has this been approved?
- Is this a final decision or a recommendation?
We discussed … やWe decided …
- What exactly needs to be done?
- What are the next steps?
- What should the final deliverable include?
- Are we updating the existing proposal or creating a new one?
- Does this include getting approval from the legal team?
- What does “complete” mean in this case?
So, the next step is to revise the cost estimate and send it to the client for approval.
- Who will be responsible for this?
- Who will take the lead on this?
- Who owns this action item?
- Who should we contact if we have questions?
- Could we assign an owner to each action item?
- Maria, would you be able to take the lead on this?
- Ken, could you coordinate with the legal team?
- Would your team be in a position to prepare the first draft?
- Can I ask you to own this action item?
- Do you have the capacity to handle this by Friday?
You will do this. Would you be able to …?やDo you have the capacity to …?
- I’ll take care of the revised estimate.
- I can take the lead on the client communication.
- I’ll coordinate with both teams.
- Let me own this action item.
- I can prepare the first draft, but I’ll need support with the data.
- When do we need this by?
- What’s the deadline for this?
- When can we expect the first draft?
- Could we set a firm deadline?
- Are we talking about Friday your time or our time?
- I can send you the draft by Wednesday.
- Could we aim to complete this by the end of the week?
- Let’s set Friday at 5 p.m. JST as the deadline.
- We’ll need three business days to complete the review.
- I can commit to sending the final version by September 30.
- Friday may be difficult. Would Monday work instead?
- We can meet that deadline if we reduce the scope.
- To deliver this by Friday, we’ll need the data by Tuesday.
- Could we agree on an interim update on Wednesday and a final version on Friday?
- I don’t want to overcommit. Let me confirm the schedule and get back to you today.
|---|---|---|
| by Friday | 金曜日までのどこかで完了 | Please send it by Friday. |
| until Friday | 金曜日まで継続 | I’ll be out of the office until Friday. |
Please send it until Friday.
- When should we check in again?
- Could you give us a quick update on Wednesday?
- Let’s review the first draft together next Monday.
- Please let us know immediately if the timeline changes.
- What’s the best way to track progress?
- Let’s add this to our weekly status update.
- This action is pending budget approval.
- We can’t proceed until we receive the client’s data.
- The timeline depends on the legal review.
- Who will follow up on the pending approval?
- What do we need before we can start?
- If we don’t receive approval by Tuesday, we’ll need to revise the schedule.
