やThank you for joining.

  • Good morning, everyone. Shall we get started?
  • Thanks for joining. Let’s begin.
  • It looks like everyone is here, so let’s get started.

  • Thank you very much for taking the time to meet with us today.
  • It’s a pleasure to meet you. We appreciate the opportunity to discuss this project.
  • Welcome, and thank you for coming to our office.

I’m Yuki Tanaka from the product team. I’m responsible for coordinating the launch schedule.

  • I’m responsible for …:〜を担当しています
  • I’ll be leading today’s meeting.:
  • I’m here to provide an update on …:〜の進捗をご報告します
  • I’ll be taking notes today.:

  • Let me introduce my colleague, Maya, who leads our engineering team.
  • Ken is joining us from our Singapore office.
    Ken
  • Could we quickly go around and introduce ourselves?

Today, we’ll talk about the new product.

The purpose of today’s meeting is to share the latest project status.
Today, we need to identify the cause of the delay and agree on a solution.
By the end of this meeting, we’d like to select one of the two options.
Our goal today is to hear your feedback on the proposal.
We need to confirm the owners and deadlines for each task.

The purpose of today’s meeting is …は会議を開く理由、Our goal today is …

The purpose of today’s meeting is to review the customer feedback. Our goal is to agree on the three changes we’ll make before launch.

  • We have three items on the agenda.
  • First, Ken will give us a brief update on sales.
  • Next, we’ll discuss the revised schedule.
  • Finally, we’ll confirm the next steps and responsibilities.
  • We’ll leave the last ten minutes for questions.

  • Is there anything you’d like to add to the agenda?
  • Does this agenda work for everyone?
  • Before we begin, are there any urgent items we should cover?

  • We have 45 minutes today.
  • We’d like to finish by 3 p.m.
  • Please feel free to ask questions at any time.
  • Let’s hold detailed questions until the end.
  • To stay on time, I may move us to the next item.

  • Can everyone hear me clearly?
  • Please let me know if you have any audio issues.
  • I’ll share my screen in a moment.
  • We’re still waiting for two people, so let’s give them another minute.
  • We’re recording this meeting with everyone’s permission.

  • Shall we wait another two minutes, or should we begin?
  • Let’s get started, and I’ll brief Sarah when she joins.
  • Tom won’t be able to join today, but he sent us his comments.
  • We’ve just started. We’re reviewing the first agenda item.

Good morning, everyone. Thanks for joining. The purpose of today’s meeting is to review our progress and resolve any issues affecting the schedule. We have three items on the agenda. First, we’ll hear updates from each team. Next, we’ll discuss the two open issues. Finally, we’ll confirm the next steps and owners. We have 30 minutes, so let’s get started with the product team.

Thank you very much for taking the time to meet with us today. I’m Yuki Tanaka, and I’m responsible for international sales. Before we begin, could we quickly introduce ourselves? The purpose of today’s meeting is to understand your current needs and discuss how our service may be able to help. We’ll first hear about your priorities, then give a brief overview of our service, and finally discuss possible next steps.

Hello, everyone. Can you hear me clearly? Great. It looks like everyone is here, so let’s begin. Today, we need to review the revised proposal and agree on the delivery date. I’ll share my screen now. Please feel free to stop me if anything is unclear.

  • Hi, I’m Akira from finance. I’m here to answer any questions about the budget.
  • This is my first time joining this meeting. I’m supporting the project from the legal side.
  • I don’t have a formal update today, but I have one question about the timeline.

  • Let’s start.

We have ten minutes left.
